I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Caroline a little later than I meet most newborns and at almost 3 weeks old, since she had to spend some additional time in the hospital. Perfect and healthy, she was very alert and really interested in what was going on around her. She certainly was happiest (and sleepiest) when we went outside for a few shots under a shade tree. I was told that as soon as I was driving away, she was sound asleep and slept for hours. I hope the strong-willed personality she showed me during our time together follows her through life!!
